For a newly planned plant, we examined where automated guided vehicles can replace conventional conveyor technology – from the body shop through the paint shop and assembly to logistics.

Unmanned intralogistics for a beverage producer

Outline concept for automating all pallet transports in an expanded logistics center – as the basis for a cost-benefit analysis and tender.

Overall intralogistics concept for a manufacturing company

End-to-end automation concept from goods receipt to the production machines – with harmonized volume data, vehicle selection and a roll-out scenario.

Approx. 1,400 transports per day with 13 vehicles of five vehicle types
Unmanned film supply right into the packaging machine through AGV–cobot interaction
